These terms and conditions govern the Participant’s use of the Site and by accessing this Site the Participant agrees to be bound by them.

OBS reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice by updating this posting and the Participant’s continued access to or use of this Site will constitute their acceptance of any such changes.

All materials contained in this Site, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, QTVR clips, text and all audio visual material (collectively “The Material”) are protected by copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights (including intellectual property rights) and shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever including reproduction, duplication, distribution, derivative works and publishing. Any other unauthorised copying or use of the materials contained herein is expressly prohibited. In the event that OBS permits items to be downloaded from the Site, OBS grants the Participant a non-exclusive, non assignable and non-transferable license to use and display, for personal, non-commercial use only, one copy of any material that the Participant may download from the Site, including, but not limited to any files, codes, audio-visual material or images incorporated in or generated by the software (collectively “Downloaded Material”) provided, however that the Participant maintains all copyright and other notices contained in such Downloaded Material. OBS grants the Participant no further rights or licenses of any kind in respect of any trademarks or names used on this Site which are the property of OBS.

If this Site provides the Participant with the ability to link to other web sites (by hyperlink text link), then the Participant may use any such link, but unless the other site is an OBS site, OBS is not responsible for the content or accuracy of information on such other sites. The Participant also agrees not to alter, disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise modify any of the Downloaded Material. Although OBS have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information provided on this Site is accurate, OBS give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with regard to the accuracy timeliness or completeness of any such information.

In no event will OBS be liable to the Participant for any damages whatsoever arising from your use of this Site.
